Joel and all the guys have been instrumental in keeping the car at the head of the pack.
I can't say enough about all the times they have gotten me out of a tight spot especially during One Lap.
In 2006 when I needed a motor 2 weeks before the event, they were there!
In 2007 when we were sitting in the Top 10 all the way out in Colorado and had a cracked oil pan, they were there!
In 2008 when my Tial wheeled turbo decided it was tired and need to retire (2 weeks before the event), they were there!
In 2009 when nothing broke immediately prior to the event (the tranny crapping out was sort-of a planned PM) they were at the ready even though it was a quiet prep period as far as Mopar Performance products was concerned. Unfortunately even their Hurculean efforts could not foresee an internal transmission snapring exploding only hours before we were scheduled to leave for South Bend.
Without their assistance, I wouldn't have been able to start 2 of the 3 years I have competed and the year when we won our class and finished in the Top 5 OVERALL, may have ended there on the side of the road in Colorado if it wasn't for these guys!

We would like to welcome Forced Performance and DeatshWerks to the Windspeed Motorsports team.
Both Robert at FP and David at DW are helping us to step-up the game this year. With our new custom FP Green installed and the (New and Improved) 750cc DW Injectors in, we will be ready to rock and roll heading into the 2009 season.
Check out the Forced Performance line of products to fit most turbo application, and the potential that their "Green" has for the SRT-4 is truly astounding. Dyno numbers and graphs will be coming (hopefully) before OLA starts in a few weeks.

The new line of injectors that DeatschWerks is introducing is going to make aftermarket injectors an even easier upgrade as quality and fitment is at or above that of the OEM pieces. Check them out at www.deatschwerks.com and see for yourself the full range of products that they have to offer you.

There are countless great vendors who have helped over the years so I'll try to touch on a few:
One of the most important people in our racing family is Curtis Tyner, a local Mieneke Car Care Center owner and a good friend. Curtis has been helping us out for the last two years since he opened his new business and without that help, it would be a much more difficult task to get the car ready for all the events that we attend. If you live in the vicinty of Upstate SC, it really is worth the trip to Easley to get you car fixed by either Curtis or his lead technician, Otis Allison. They are extremely knowledgable and always will to go the extra mile for their customers (even the ones without race cars). Getting around the track at all wouldn't be possible without a great set of tires. Continental Tires makes an excellent product and a highly competitive street tire. As good as the ContiSportContact 3's have been, they are stepping it up another notch this spring with the introduction of the Extreme DW (contrary to rumors circulating the globe, it is not named after yours truely!). www.clemsonscc.com are a great group of guys (and a few gals) who helped start me on this journey oh-so many years ago when I did my first autocross in the West-End parking lot on campus. Check out the site and come to an event if you are in the SE.... it is truely a trip worth taking.
